We are located in The Century Building, 843 East Main Steet, Suite 308. (Near the corner of East Main and Crater Lake Avenue)

Ministry Opportunities:

Wednesdays, 11am - 1:00pm at the Healing Rooms

Tuesdays at Rogue Valley Medical Center, 5-7PM in the Chapel

A receptionist will greet you in our waiting room and assist you until a prayer room is ready.

Easy elevator access to the third floor. Wheel chair ramp in the back.

Director Profile

Executive Directors: Pastor Steve Philo and his wife Kathy

Steve and Kathy have been married for 33 years and have three boys. Steve graduated from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School with a Masters degree in New Testament in 1979. He and Kathy pastored Penngrove Community Church in Penngrove, California for 14 years.
After moving to Medford, Oregon in 1994, they eventually pioneered Eagle Life Valley Church (from 1998-2002). The Healing Rooms Ministries grew out of Eagle Life Valley Church and Pastor Steve resigned to assume Directorship of the growing Healing Rooms Ministries.
Steve and Kathy throughout their ministry have had a passion for healing and deliverance. Believing that God desires a Church that will move in the power of the Holy Spirit, Steve and Kathy are eager to train and equip God's people anywhere to walk in the fullness of God's love and compassion.
